3. Cost-effective for longer usage: For a 6-hour usage period, the fee is 4,290 yen (tax included), and the distance fee is free for usage within 6 hours. This makes it a great option for longer trips. Please note that this applies to the Basic Class on weekdays, using the Comfort Assurance Plan (Simple Plan) and refueling with ENEOS-designated methods.
Main Features and Usage of the App:
1. Reservation: Select the pick-up and drop-off locations as well as the duration of usage before starting your reservation. The pick-up location can be easily searched through the map or usage history.
2. Chat Functionality: The app includes a convenient chat feature for communication regarding reservation changes and other inquiries. Chat is available before and during the usage period, starting 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
3. Start/End of Usage: At the station, unlock the car and complete the boarding process through the app. When ending the usage, check the remaining fuel level and any forgotten items, then lock the car and complete the return process through the app.
